The content of this contract shall apply to every online purchase through the website us.kannabia.com, owned by Colección Sur S.L (hereinafter the Provider).
Acceptance of the present document implies that the user:
- Has read, understands and comprehends the content of this document.
- Has sufficient capacity to make this contract.
- Accepts all the obligations set forth herein.
- Is of legal age of adulthood.
These conditions shall be valid indefinitely, and applicable to every online purchase through this website.
The provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify the aforementioned conditions, without prejudice to the goods or promotions previously purchased.
The confirmation of the user’s legal age of adulthood is a necessary requirement. Without it, no transaction will be carried out and the user will be asked to leave the website.

Subject of contract
The purpose of this contract is the regulation of the sales relationship between Colección Sur S.L and the user once the user ticks the corresponding box during the online purchasing process.
The contractual relationship arising from purchase entails the delivery of a particular product, in exchange for an agreed price published on the website.
General information
Both parties agree to these conditions of purchase, except in the case of other special conditions specifically agreed with a client.
Colección Sur S.L. ensures the quality of its seeds by offering a 90% guarantee on its genetics. Due to the organic origin and nature of the product, the company cannot be held 100% responsible for the use and maintenance of the products, or the conservation and germination processes carried out by the client.
Seed stock is strictly controlled, and constantly renewed whilst always respecting curing periods. Colección Sur S.L. carries out regular germination tests and only releases absolutely warranted results. Although, as indicated before, seeds are living products, therefore once the product leaves our warehouse, germination rates cannot be 100% warranted.
Cannabis Sativa seeds may only be germinated in such countries where permitted by law. It is the client's responsibility to know local law and act accordingly.
Under no circumstances are Colección Sur S.L. liable for any shipment seized by Customs or similar entities. For more information, contact the relevant organisations in your country.
Colección Sur S.L. are not liable for illegal third-party misuse of our products.
In our online store we also have Merchandising items.
Purchasing process
The purchasing process will be carried out in the language chosen by the website user and will be indicated at the start of the process. Prices and delivery terms apply to national and international orders which comply with Spanish Law, as the purchase is made in Spain. The currency used shall be the euro only. Nevertheless, the equivalent price in other currencies can be dynamically checked on the website.
The user must be registered on the website prior to purchase of any product offered by Colección Sur S.L. The product will first be selected by clicking ‘Add to cart’. Products will be added to the ‘cart’ and can be checked at any time. The user will be able to increase the number of pieces per product, include new ítems or cancel others. Should you modify any of the introduced amounts, the updated amounts will be shown on the screen. Likewise there is a space to include specific observations related to your purchase.
Once a product has been added, you may continue buying, keeping all products in your basket or shopping cart until the continue button of the purchasing process is clicked.

Once your order is finalized, an onscreen summary of your order will be shown. You will also receive summary of the purchase by email.
This document is the confirmation that your order has been successful and is the accreditation for any kind of claim. Should you still not find the email, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Dispatch Procedure
Once payment has been confirmed (immediately, in the case of credit card payments), the package will be prepared for the courier company. Orders are generally sent twenty-four hours after payment has been confirmed (work-days if the order is received before 10am).
Right of Return
The user has a period of 14 days after receiving the product to return it. The cost of the product will be refunded after it is verified that no manipulation of the product has occurred and the packaging is original. Otherwise, no refund will be made.
Returns will only be accepted in their original packaging and without signs of tampering. Tampered goods or those in poor condition will not be refunded. Return expenses will be covered by the consumer.
Each individual case will be carefully studied by our technician and if approved, a new seed will be sent.
CASE 2: Returns due to service error
Returns due to an error on the part of Collección Sur S.L. In such cases we are committed to replace the product whenever there is availability. In the event that such a change can not be made, the cost will be refunded.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in all matters not expressly established. Colección Sur, S.L. and the user agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services covered by these conditions, to the courts designated by the user.
Likewise, the provider and the user shall subject their conflicts to the arbitration provided in the Arbitration, Consumer and User Defence Legislation, or any other out-of-court dispute resolution procedures established by means of codes of conduct and other self-regulatory instruments.
